General conditions

Article 1 - Rent cars are only persons possessing a national or international driving license valid in an age of at least one year and aged over 21 years old on car hire.

2 Required documents are:
2.1. The original: driving license, passport, or ID card;

3 - Conditions of Payment
3.1. Payment will be made in RON or EURO charge at the rate determined and displayed by the National Romanian Bank. Cash only!

4 - Deposit
4.1. The customer must pay a desposit, according to price list displayed on the PRICE section 4.2. Guarantee serves to cover the damage caused to the vehicle by the client's fault.
4.3. Deposit will be refunded in full if the vehicle is returned to the rental date and time stipulated in the contract, with all items stipulated in stock, without internal or external damage and other damages not covered by insurance, incurred during the contract.

Article 5 - Responsibility for customer in case off accidents, loss or damage to property inventory objects inside the car is within the security deposited with renting.

Article 6 - Car rental price includes:
6.1. Unlimited number of kilometers, RCA, CASCO INSURRANCE;
6.2. Periodic revisions to date and vehicle maintenance;
6.3. NON-STOP assistance number: 0742 732 911, 0740. 021 .091 021 .091

Article 7 - Rental charge does not include:
7.1. Fuel, tolls, garage, transhipment during hiring;
7.2. Insurance for people and luggage in car.

Article 8 - Other fees charged under the following circumstances:
8.1. Rental car in between the hours 08.00 AM - 09.00 PM is considered "Extra Hour" and is charged with 10 EUR;
8.2. Request a child seat during the rental is charged with 10 EUR;
8.3. Surrender the car in a different location than where to rent only with the agreement of Green Project Ltd.;
8.4. Difference between the amount surrendered to lease fuel and taken to close the lease is charged 1.5 Euro per liter of fuel shortage;
8.5. Exceeded two hours of rental time (date and time) are charged with the consideration of the rental days, according to the contract;
8.6. For finding a lack of inventory objects mentioned in the contract, the company reserves the right to withhold from the security deposited with the lease;
8.7. To travel abroad, car rental be increased by 10 Euros/day.

Article 9 - The client has the following obligations:
9.1. To pay to end a car lease value of the lease and related security deposit;
9.2: to keep the car in a proper state of repair with that which he had a completion date of the lease;
9.3. To know and comply with applicable traffic laws;
9.4. To use the rented car on public roads only;
9.5. To provide rented car adequately against theft or destruction;
9.6. Is not carrying passengers for money or other material rewards;
9.7. Do not use car rental in motor racing legal, illegal, or training for them;
9.8. To not tow other vehicles;
9.9. To not damage the bottom of the car rented by action or negligence;
9.10. To require written authorization to leave the country by car rental at least 48 hours before scheduled departure;
9.11. Not to leave Romania without notary written enpowerment and the agreement of Green Project Ltd., where the customer will leave the territory of Romania, it will be illegal, including customer returns full responsibility for the damage caused by accident, theft or cost of returning the car;
9.12. To observe the route said the Green Paper and ensure empowerment;
9.13. To not assign or sublet the car to third persons;
9.14. To cease to run and notify the representatives of Green Project Ltd, the number 004.0742 732 911 NON STOP, 004.0740,021,091 if it finds issues or signs of failure which may endanger the vehicle and car technical or security conditions on the road;
9.15. To undertake repairs or other works not in the car rental without the written approval of representatives Green Project Ltd., amounts paid by the customer for maintenance or technical revisions due for some repairs along the way or not he is responsible, is compensated by SC Green Project Ltd. on the basis of documents proving making this work: tax invoice and receipt with your company;
9.16. Do not cause damage area, interior finish, exterior or wheels, intentionally or negligently, through their misuse;
9.17. To return the rented car on the date, time and location specified in the contract, lease extension can be made only with written approval of the Green Project Ltd., to the vehicle over the lease term, without prior written approval in this regard is an act of unlawful appropriation of property and sanctioned under existing legislation.

Article 10 - Non compliance above terminates the effect of insurance and liability for damages is entirely client, including unrealized revenue the rented car during immobilization.

Article 11 - For accidents, the customer is required:
11.1. To take all measures to limit damage;
11.2.
